As a matter of taste, I would have much preferred Matt Berry be attributed to ‘Snuff Box’ which is one of the best televisions programmes I have ever seen (which he co-wrote, starred in and produced a fantastic soundtrack for).

However, given it’s relative obscurity and ‘cult’ status, IT Crowd was the populist choice. On the upside, you’ve alerted me to the fact that he is in IT Crowd which means I am going to source it out! Thank you!
